ORDER
Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has filed a compliance report dated 23.09.2021 complying with the order passed in W.P.No.7131 of 2020. The fact remains that orders passed by this Court has been ultimately complied with only after the contempt action was taken against the official, who is also present today before this Court.
2.In any event at the end of the day the order has been complied with. However, warrant issued against the officials is hereby recalled. The Contempt Petition stands closed. Accordingly the sub-application is also closed.
