M/s.S.Sri Roshini COMMON ORDER The present miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 601 days in filing the petition to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as Legal Representatives of the Deceased Sole appellant as appellants 1 to 3 in the above second appeal; to set aside the order of abatement caused

due to the death of the sole appellant in the second appeal and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 as the Legal Representatives of the Deceased sole appellant.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of all these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, C.M.P.No.8661 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 601 days is condoned.

3. The abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is set aside and hence, C.M.P.No.8662 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for.

4. The petitioners 1 to 3 in C.M.P.No.8664 of 2025 are ordered to be brought on record as Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 1 to 3 in the Second Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.8664 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for.
