ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to comply with the order dated 17.08.2015 made in Crl.OP No.17218 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.G.Dharmaraj, Sub Inspector of Police, Alagapuram Police Station (Fairlands Police Station), Salem, is present.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that neither the petitioner nor the opposite party are co-operating in the enquiry, despite asking them to appear before the Police.

5. It is seen that the Police have not sent any summons to both the parties. The respondent-Police is directed to issue summons to both the parties, and conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 06.05.2015 given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, and either register an FIR or close the same as the case may be.
