The compliance report shows that 3 renewal applications have been rejected for non-compliance, 13 driving schools have complied with the norms specified in Circular No.62/2011, while there are remaining 43 driving schools, who have been issued show cause notices. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions from Mr.D.Natarajan, P.A. to State Transport Authority, who is present in Court, submits that a 14 day notice period was given, which has since elapsed and wherever explanation is forthcoming, they will be considered and necessary orders are passed. In fact, we would have expected this exercise to be over by now, since it is a month since the time period for notice is over.

2.We, as a last opportunity, grant two (2) months time to complete that exercise and any violation of the time norm would be under the pain of contempt. 3.The compliance report be filed within ten (10) days before this Court. 4.No further direction is required.
