This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR in CSR No.821/K2/P.S.X/14 based on the complaint dated 14.09.2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.On reading of the complaint it is seen that this petitioner had sent money for erection of cell phone tower in Rajasthan to a party in Rajasthan and it is alleged that the said party had cheated him. On the facts of this case, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR in Tamil nadu. In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
