Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner to any station within Guduvanchery Block, Kanchipuram District and consequentially direct the respondents to pay the petitioner the salary and other allowances from September 2018 considering the fact that the petitioner is a Group C servant suffering from physical ailments who joined the post at Panruti Health Centre as per the transfer order where there is no vacancy. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the modified order of transfer has been issued, modifying the earlier order in proceedings dated 27.12.2010. cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished.

2.However, in respect of claiming of salary and other benefits, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation by setting out his grievances. 3.The respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner with reference to the rules in force and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible including the payment of arrears of salary.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
