Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner was working as Special Educator at Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District on temporary basis. Thereafter, he was transferred to Arani Block in Thiruvannamalai District and served https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as Special Educator for two years. In the year 2007, he was appointed as a Special Educator on permanent basis at Vanur Block Resource Centre in Villupuram District. While so, he became ill and he was admitted in hospital as inpatient. After treatment, when he reported duty, he was not permitted to join duty. In these circumstances, the petitioner sent representations dated 10.06.2014 and 25.05.2015 to the respondents and since, no order is passed on the same, the petitioner is before this Court, with this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondents to consider his above representations.

3. In view of the limited prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dt.10.06.2014 and 25.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
