ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2262 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2262 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 is relaxed.
