2.The petitioner, by way of this writ petition, styled as a Public Interest Litigation, prays for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 07.10.2014, in and by which, the petitioner has requested for taking steps to establish All Women Police Station in Mahe. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Puducherry), on instructions, submitted that a reasonable time may be granted to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
4.Taking note of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2014 and pass a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
