For Petitioner : Mr.C.D.Sugumar For rEspondents : Mr.S.Veeraraghavan for caveators COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of the the Civil Revision Petitions, the Trial Court, viz., III Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore has dismissed the suits in O.S.Nos..351 of 2011 and 702 of 2011 for non prosecution on 23.06.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the caveators also submitted that the suits were dismissed for non prosecution on 23.06.2015 and also filed a memo to that effect before this court.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also the memo filed by the respondents, I do not find any reason to entertain the present Civil Revision Petitions for the reason that suits were dismissed for non prosecution on 23.06.2015.

4. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petitions are closed and liberty is given to the revision petitioner to challenge the impugned orders passed in O.S.Nos. 351 of 2011 and 702 of 2011 as and when the suits are restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
