O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2016.

2. May be on account of boycott of Courts, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court went through the records and passed orders, on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy].

3. On reading of the complaint dated 18.03.2016 given by the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner had given loan of Rs.27,000/- to one Sasikumar and that the said Sasikumar had not returned the same. While so, the petitioner has given a complaint on 20.02.2016 before the Kalapattu Police Station https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against Sasikumar for recovery of money. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that one Kumaravel, Head Constable of Kalapattu Police Station had abused the petitioner.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint dated 18.03.2016 does not inspire the confidence of this Court to issue a direction as prayed for, inasmuch as even according to the petitioner, he has filed a police complaint on 20.02.2016 in respect of a civil transaction. With the above observation, this petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(J) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar gya To
