ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, S.Palani, aged 32 years, son of the petitioner. 2.Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has taken notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is represented on the side of the respondents that the detenu has been murdered by his father-in-law and to that effect post-mortem certificate is submitted, wherein, it is clearly stated that the body of the detenu has been subjected to post-mortem.
