ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested for the alleged offences under sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(aaa) read with Section 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.104 of 2022, seeks bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner herein was arrested for illegal possession of 110 litres of I.D. arrack. The petitioner has four previous cases.
