This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records vide F.I.R in Crime No.94 of 2022, dated 02.03.2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent states that the case under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (1) of I.P.C been registered and after completion of investigation, final report filed and same has been taken on file in C.C.No.91 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur. Since, final report already filed and taken cognizance by the Judicial Magistrate, the prayer to quash the F.I.R has become infructuous.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 02.04.2024 Index :Yes/No.
