O R D E R

This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019, filed by the husband seeking for divorce, on the file of the District Family Court, Cuddalore, to the Sub Court, Ambasamudram.

2. Notice taken out to the respondent was served through Court as well as personally through the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, none represents on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

4. Considering the circumstances that respondent is residing at Ambasamudram and she is working as a Typist at Ambasamudram and the distance between the District Family Court, Cuddalore and the Sub Court, Ambasamudram is 450 kms, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019, is withdrawn from the file of the District Family Court, Cuddalore and the same is transferred to the Sub Court Ambasamudram. No costs.
