(Order of the Court was made by R.Subramanian J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1035 days in filing the above appeal.

2. We are not happy with the reasons that have been cited as sufficient cause for the delay. However, considering the fact that legal issue arises in the

appeal, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the petition will stand dismissed.
