2. The petitioner seeks permission from the local body to run a bunk at the petition mentioned premises. The petitioner has already given a representation on 12.02.2025. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2025 and pass a speaking order. Till such an order is passed, the petitioner's possession shall not be disturbed.
