The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the order dated 21.08.2015 made in W.P.No.26018 of 2015.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the Director of School Education, Chennai dated 11.03.2016, wherein it has been stated among other things that the promotion granted to Mr.M.Thirugnanasambandhan has been cancelled.

4. In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed and either the petitioner or Mr.M.

Thirugnanasambandhan is aggrieved by the order, they are always at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with the law before the competent forum.
