The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the second respondent to pay pension to him under 1998 pension scheme.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been granted to the petitioner and hence nothing survives for adjudication.
