ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 27.10.2014 given by the petitioner, which was received and acknowledged on 28.11.2014 and investigate the case according to law and file a Final Report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On reading of the complaint it is seen that, proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are pending before the Revenue Divisonal Officer in respect of the disputed building. While so, this petitioner has made allegations against the opposite party as if they had abused him based on his community. It is seen that the complaint does not inspire confidence of this Court for ordering a police investigation. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
