This petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents 1 to 3 in Crl.M.P.No.1885 of 2014, dated 14.05.2014 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on completion of enquiry, Charge Sheet has been filed in this case in C.C.No.31 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

3. Since the trial is in completion stage, I am of the opinion that the prayer cannot be entertained at this juncture and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
