O R D E R

The defendants 2 & 3 in O.S.No.198 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within the stipulated time. 2.The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2011 for specific performance and for other reliefs. The defendants filed their written statement and are contesting the suit.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though the plaintiff filed the suit in the year 2011, the trial Court has not disposed of the suit yet. That apart, the learned counsel also submitted that the trial Court already commenced the trial in the year 2014 itself and that the defendants are put to hardship and prejudice in view of the long pendency of the suit.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Sub Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
