O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue free house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that as per the Government Schemes, he is entitled for the grant of patta for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. He had given a representation on 27.01.2026 to the respondents requesting them to grant patta for the subject property. Since the same was not considered, he has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with

law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
