ORDER

The petitioner who is the second accused in Crime No.268 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police has filed the present petition seeking to quash the aforesaid first information report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is before this court. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent police, today, has produced a report in R.C.S.No.12 of 2026, stating that the case has been closed as undetected. 3.In the light of the above, nothing further survives in the present original petition. Therefore, the criminal original petition is dismissed. No costs.
