This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 21.03.2014 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 21.03.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.321 of 2014 and the same was closed on 30.03.2014. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
