ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J.) This contempt petition arises out of the order passed in the writ petition.
2. Heard Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner succeeded before the Tribunal in the Original Application. The writ petition filed by the Union of India was dismissed by a Division Bench. Union of India filed review applications. The review applications were dismissed today. Therefore, the proper course of action for the petitioner is to move the Tribunal for contempt.
4. With the above observation, this contempt petition is closed.
