ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.01.2024 given by the petitioner to the second respondent and to rectify and restore the patta No.516 and reissue the Online Patta No.516in the petitioner's name by including the lands comprised in S.No.417/3, Nagiyampatti Village, Gangavalli Taluk.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was allotted to the petitioner as per the partition deed executed among his family members and patta has also been issued to the petitioner for the Survey Nos.417/3 and 417/4. While so, the survey No.417/3 has been deleted from his patta without 2/5

any notice or information to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has given a detailed representation to the second respondent on 12.01.2024 and the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
