This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and and Final order dated 28.03.2016 passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu in I.A.No.610 of 2015 in O.S.No.121 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sent a letter to the Registry dated 10.02.2022 stating that the matter has been settled and sought permission to list the matter before this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition.

3.The letter dated 10.02.2022 sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry has been taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected CM.P.No.15129 of 2016 is also dismissed.
