[R4 suo mottu impleaded vide order dated 15.07.2020] PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Aricle 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in its impugned communication dated 06.03.2020 in No.2774/Health/H5/2019-20/PF and the Memorandum No.1680/Health/H5/2019-20 dated 22.05.2020, quash the same insofar as the same states that unfilled minority quota seats in the petitioner Institution after two rounds of counselling would be filled up as open merit management quota seats based on All India Merit list and consequentially direct the respondents to conduct the mop-up round of counselling for admission of students into the PG medical courses offered by the Petitioner Institution for the Academic Year 2020 - 2021 by allotting the vacant seats to the Christian minority candidates belonging to other states on a preferential basis. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

Mr.Abishek Jenasnen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that after the mop-up counselling PG Medical Course seats has been filled up and therefore, the consequential relief that was sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above development, this writ petition is closed and it is made clear that as and when an occasion arises, it will always be open to the petitioner to work out their remedy. In other words, the main issue that has been raised in the present writ petition is not foreclosed and it is kept open. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
