ORDER
Mr.Abishek Jenasnen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that after the mop-up counselling PG Medical Course seats has been filled up and therefore, the consequential relief that was sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above development, this writ petition is closed and it is made clear that as and when an occasion arises, it will always be open to the petitioner to work out their remedy. In other words, the main issue that has been raised in the present writ petition is not foreclosed and it is kept open. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
