ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3375 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3375 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.03.2025 Page No.2 of 4
