11334 of 2018) pending disposal of the main appeal (AS.No.436 of 2018). Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.SAI KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.D.RAVICHANDER, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 19.07.2018, granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Execution Court by the petitioners / appellant by the petitioners/ appellants, within a period of four weeks from today.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 19.07.2018 has been duly complied with by the appellants.

3.In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
