PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2025 by order dated 27.01.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him in para no.4(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2025, dated 27.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for twelve days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for relaxation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025.
