ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, Sudhakaran, aged 20 years, son of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present; whereas, her counsel is present.

3.The second respondent, viz., the Inspector of Police, Koradacheri Police Station, Thiruvarur District, has produced the detenu and the address given in the petition has been verified. The detenu has stated to the effect that now he is living with the petitioner/his mother.

4.Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
