Notice to the respondent.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.No.2575 of 2013 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order of interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to this Court.
