This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2020 and also directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to afford adequate and sufficient police protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family members within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the receipt of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complaint dated 05.06.2020, the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry after issuing notice to the third and fourth respondents herein and closed as all the allegations are civil in nature.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
