Prayer: These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 18.08.2016 passed in I.A.Nos.9585 and 9622 of 2012 in O.S.No.9415 of 2010 on the file of IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. For petitioner : No appearance 1/4

C O M M O N O R D E R Earlier, when the cases were taken up for hearing on 24.01.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the cases were directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 27.01.2022. Thereafter, on 07.02.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that settlement talks are going between the parties and therefore, notice was ordered, returnable by two weeks.

2. Again, when the cases were listed on 21.02.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the cases were directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 22.02.2022. On 22.02.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to remove the caption for dismissal and sought for a short accomodation and this Court directed the cases to be posted under the caption "for orders" on 08.03.2022. Again on 08.03.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and the cases were directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 15.03.2022. Even today, none represented for the petitioner. This indicate that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revisions. 2/4

3. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
