This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report in Complaint No.1074/H2SP-GRI/16, based on the complaint dated 09.04.2016 and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint lodged by Rajarathnam, Executive Officer of Arulmigu Chandirachoodeswarar Temple, Hosur, in respect of an incident that has been taken place on 07.04.2016, the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.264 of 2016 on 16.04.2016 for offences under Section 447, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

294[b], 353 and 506[i] IPC against this petitioner, who is said to have indulged in grabbing Temple lands. As a counter blast, the petitioner had lodged the present complaint dated 09.04.2016 as if he has been assaulted by the Temple officials. The petitioner also produced a copy of the wound certificate.

4. On reading of the complaint dated 09.04.2016, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court to issue directions as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint and this petition stands dismissed.
