This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16153 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the first and second petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and the third petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
