O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 22.06.2017, within a time frame.

2. The writ petitioner was working as a Conductor in the respondent corporation and a charge memo was issued on 28.06.1999. Pursuant to the enquiry, he was dismissed from service on 17.11.1999. He approached the Labour Court by filing I.D No.426 of 2000 and final order was also passed by the Labour Court. Challenging the Award of the Labour Court, the writ petitioner filed W.P.No.15457 of 2008 and the same was dismissed on 04.07.2008. The writ appeal filed by the petitioner in W.A.No.921 of 2009 was also dismissed on 11.12.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner needs some documents from the management and in this regard, he made a representation on 22.06.2017 and hence, the present writ petition.

4. This Court is of the view that in respect of production of records relating to the order of dismissal, cannot be now directed to be given, since the writ petitioner has already exhausted the remedies, both before the department as well as before this Court, up to the level of the Honorable Division Bench. It is for the writ petitioner to seek the document in the manner known to law, more specifically, under the Right to Information Act, which is in force for the citizens of this country to seek any public document.

5. In this view of the matter, no such direction as sought for in the writ petition can be granted. It is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the relief sought for in this writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
