ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 3 rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 25.06.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application to the 3 rd respondent along with all particulars and documents and on receipt of the same, the 3 rd respondent shall act upon the online application and take a decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.
