PRAYER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order and decree dated 31.03.2016 made in C.M.A. No.52/2011 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram thereby confirming the order made in I.A. No.53 of 2010 in O.S. No.49 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram dated 01.04.2010.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order and decree dated 31.03.2016 made in C.M.A. No.52/2011 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram thereby confirming the order made in I.A. No.53 of 2010 in O.S. No.49 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram dated 01.04.2010.

2. The Petitioner and sole respondent are present in Court along with their respective counsel.

3. The matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras for an amicable settlement and it is reported that both parties have entered into an agreement and have abided by the said terms and conditions of the agreement. Both the parties have agreed that they were aware about the contents of the compromise memo entered into between them. The Joint Memo of Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of this order.

4. Recording the said compromise memo, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
