ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition "8....(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1581 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1581 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
