This petition has been filed to amend the prayer from to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of Writ directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the sale deed dated 10.03.2004 executed in favour of 3rd respondent and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice Amended prayer It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate or order in the nature of Writ directing respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the sale deed dated 10.03.2004 executed in favour of the deceased 3rd respondent (Mrs.Nagammal) and consequently, for direction to cancel the Settlement Deed 10.03.

2004 and Document number 1539 of 2004 on the file of SRO Virugambakkam executed by the deceased 3rd respondent (Mrs.Nagammal) in favour of respondents 5 to 7 herein and release the document dated 06.08.2021 and made in Document No.4482 of 2021 on the file of SRO Virugambakkam executed by the deceased 3rd respondent (Mrs.Nagammal) in favour of respondents 5 to 7 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper int he circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
