ORDER
1. Mr. Bakthasiromoni, learned counsel for the petitioner says the detained goods have been released to the petitioner upon payment of one-time tax equivalent to Rs.1,47,482/- (Rupees One lakh forty seven thousand four hundred eighty two only). 2.
The learned counsel says that he would take out proceedings in accordance with law to challenge the imposition of tax and compounding fee, if levied, by taking recourse to an appropriate remedy under the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 (TNVAT).
