ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to direct the respondents to issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner relating to the document which was missed on 12.03.2021 pertaining to sale deed No.3416/1993 based on the
representation letter dated 18.10.2023 or pass as such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is the case of the complainant that the petitioner has lost his original sale deed No.3416 of 1993 on 10.03.2021, for which, he made a complaint before the respondents on 12.03.2021. Based on the complaint, no action has been taken till date. Hence, this petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner relating to the document which was missed on 10.03.2021 pertaining to sale deed No.3416 of 1993 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate of the missing document to the petitioner after following the circular issued by the Director General of Police
within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
