ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Purusothaman, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
