O R D E R

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur to dispose of O.S.No.175 of 2010.

2. A perusal of the certified copy of the notes paper produced before me

shows that from 06.03.2018 onwards, the suit had been adjourned on account of

V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.

KST the fact that an interlocutory application in I.A.No.154 of 2018 is pending. If I were to direct the disposal of the suit when the application is pending, then the petitioner in the said application would be prejudiced.

3. Therefore, instead of granting the prayer that the petitioner seeks for, I am inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur to dispose of I.A.No.154 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I am giving this direction because the said application has been pending for nearly 4 1⁄2 years. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 18.07.2024 Index : Yes/No KST To The Principal District Munsif Ariyalur.
