ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest relating to the Non Bailable Warrant dated 18.02.2022 in Private Cases SS/4506/2018 issued by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 48th court, Andheri, Mumbai, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein seeks interstate anticipatory bail. From the petition, this Court finds that the private complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act which is pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, 48th Court, Andheri, Mombai, since 2018, due to non- appearance of the petitioner, NBW was issued by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial Court and the petitioner seeks for recall of NBW as contemplated under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking interstate anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the facts on law, this Court is not entertain this petition.
