Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to implement the order dated 05.05.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.502/2015, by disbursing Family Security Fund to the petitioner within a stipulated period to be fixed by this court.

ORDER

The mother of the petitioner was a teacher. She was in receipt of pension till her death. The 2nd respondent passed an order in Proc. No.502/2015 dated 05.05.2015 sanctioning a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards Pensioner's Family Security Fund. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that though the amount was sanctioned, the same is not paid by the 1st respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the above said order.

3. In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to disburse the amount as sanctioned by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Proc. No.502/2015 dated 05.05.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
