ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 06 October 2015 rendered in W.P. No.29383 of 2015 has not been complied with by respondents 1 and 2. 2.In the report dated 28 April 2016 filed by the Corporation, it is stated that notice under Sections 56 and 57 r/w 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 dated 31 March 2016 has already been served on the fifth respondent and action will be taken after the statutory period prescribed therein is over.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
